Welcome to the Maui Economic Development Board, Inc. (MEDB) and to a dynamic, growing community with a vision to create abundant opportunities for economic success and a rewarding quality of life. Maui County is rich in culture, history, geography, and diverse industries that make it a very special place to live and work.

Our organization has served the Maui County community since 1982 by providing leadership for the responsible design and development of a strong and diversified economy. We were founded on the belief that the most lasting actions are those derived from public/private partnerships. To therefore achieve our mission, MEDB collaborates with business, government, and academia to implement initiatives endorsed by the community.
